A set Sunday lunch menu is available at The Red Lion served from 12 until 8pm. The menu changes weekly with extra dishes on the specials board. £14.95 for 2 courses | £16.95 for 3 courses

Real ales
Serving Thwaites ales from Blackburn in Lancashire, there are two regular beers which are a hit with the locals, Thwaites original (a clean dry tasting session bitter with a glowing amber appearance. A malty flavoured beer with a delicate dry finish 3.6%) and Wainwrights (a refreshing golden ale with subtle sweetness and delicate citrus fruit overtones 4.1%). With Carling and Beck's Vier and Thwaites brewed Kingstone press cider.
